1. Informational Use

Astro Dadi provides astrology-based guidance for informational and personal reflection purposes only. It is not legal, medical, financial, or mental health advice.

2. Account and Access

You are responsible for the accuracy of submitted details and for activity under your account. We may suspend access for misuse, abuse, or attempts to disrupt service.

3. Plans and Payments

Astro Dadi offers a free plan, paid monthly and yearly subscriptions, and one-time question packs. The price (including GST), what each plan includes, and the billing period are shown on the pricing page before you pay. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until cancelled. Yearly plans include the same monthly question allowance as monthly plans, refilled each month. Question packs do not renew and expire 12 months after purchase.

Where you cancel depends on where you subscribed. Subscriptions bought on this website are cancelled from your billing settings and remain active until the end of the period you have paid for. Subscriptions bought inside the mobile app are billed by Apple or Google and must be cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings, at least 24 hours before the next renewal; we cannot cancel them for you, and deleting your account does not cancel them.

Refunds for website subscriptions and question packs are reviewed case by case. Cancelling a yearly plan stops its renewal and is not refunded pro rata; access continues until the end of the paid year. A refunded question pack's unused questions are removed. Refunds for app-store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

4. Service Availability

We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Astro Dadi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the platform.
